Stark Company Realtors is Madison’s oldest realty company, dating back to 1908. There is a long history there, spanning through generations of the Stark family. ZEBRADOG was tasked with updating the Stark logo, as well as reimagining the Stark office interiors to build stronger community.
ZEBRADOG’s team worked through concepts for the interiors, opening sections of the office up for more collaborative work, adding modern finishes and technology to help boost moral and keep the team goal-focused, as well as tying in historical aspects of Stark and the family legacy that shines through today.

Architectural and interiors photography is a specialized form of photography that requires the photographer to have an eye for detail and an understanding of the nuances of architecture, as well as specialized gear to assist in accurately capturing the subject. Clearly, photography and still images are a powerful storytelling method for architects and designers. To go even further, we filmed an interview with the leadership team at Stark to give us some insight on why they wanted to redesign the logo and their office space. The conversation was lead by Mark Schmitz, Founder and Creative Director at ZEBRADOG.
