Through a long history of design excellence dating back to 1898, FEH Design, headquartered in Iowa, continues to expand their presence in the Midwest with a beautiful redesigned office in the heart of Milwaukee.

FEH Design has trusted Crimson Sun Studios to capture and photograph their finished projects all across Wisconsin for a number of years, including libraries, public spaces, and businesses. It was a pleasure to photograph their beautiful new office in collaboration with FEH teammates Sarah Jansen and Brady Ludvic.

With warm and neutral colors featured throughout the office, paired with FEH’s iconic purple branding, we wanted to keep a clean and warm tone through the entire gallery of images. We did this through the use of supplemental lighting on-production, and removing additional color casts for mixed lighting in retouching and post-processing. The end result shows thoughtful compositions with subjects showing the value of the collaborative spaces within the office. Maintaining consistent lighting, color, and mood through a gallery of images for a project like this is a high priority to achieve balance and quality. This way, when FEH uses the images for their marketing and PR, the visual quality and storytelling inherent in the images is persistent throughout, giving their prospective client a level of trust that this firm can bring high-quality results from start to finish.
